HOW LONG IS IT GOOD FOR? Jelly will remain good for 2 years on the shelf and several months once it is opened and in the refrigerator
DO YOU MAKE THESE AT HOME? Absolutely not. Although each batch is handcrafted and still made in small batches like grandma use to make, we do have a fully licensed certified kitchen. We have health department approvals, licensing and are registered with the FDA.
MY JELLY LOOKS RUNNY You jelly has not turned to liquid. It's a little process called weeping. A little bit of the wine gets between the jelly and the jar and what you are seeing is the jelly moving inside but it looks very deceiving. Please open the jar and turn it upside down. About a tsp of liquid will drip out and the rest is solid. If you have any further concerns please give us a call.
